What it is: Get together a group, minimum of 8 including yourself, of friends, family or whatever’s. Say it’s a birthday party or a baby shower, bridal shower or just a fun girl’s night out thingy, (it can be a boy’s night out too ya know).
Elaborate please: The Crest Ridge Farms Chief Cookie Officer (CCO) will show you how to decorate cookies in a fun, relaxed environment of your choosing, (a house, a church venue, wherever you decide).
Cookies - did someone say cookies: The CCO will design six (6) cookies for each participant to decorate and take home to show off to all your friends and Facebook peeps! The cookies will be specifically tailored to the theme of the party.
So, I don’t have any cookie stuff: All supplies necessary to compete the designs for your party will be provided, yup it’s all included in the price.
Ahh Ha, he said price: The class price is $25.00/person with a minimum of 8 participants including yourself.
How long does this take, I have a glass of wine to drink: Classes run from 45 minutes to about 1 ½ hours and bring your glass of wine if you wish and the Host doesn’t mind.
Are there age requirements: No children under the age of 8 please and all children must be accompanied by an adult, why not take the class with them?
Can you go over all this again, my memory is not what it used to be: To recap, you, the Host, gets together a group of folks, no less than 8 and no more than 15 including yourself. The Host secures a location to have the party, preferably one with tables and chairs or the Host will need to provide them. The Host and the group decide on a party Theme. Next, the Host will fill out the form by clicking on the [Contact us for more information] button above, the CCO will be in contact when we receive your request. A deposit of ½ the fee will be required after your party has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the deposit amount as well as link to [Pay Now]. The balance will be due the day/night of the party. It will be the Host responsibility to collect the balance from each participant and have it ready for the CCO when he arrives. The Host will be responsible for the balance from any “No Shows”. Since each party is specifically designed for your group, the CCO request a minimum of 2 weeks to prepare your event.
The day of the party ensure tables and chairs are setup and ready, the CCO will provide table coverings. Remind your guest, a no show is still responsible for the balance of their seat! The CCO will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event to setup the decorating stations. As guest arrive, collect the balance due. The Host is responsible for providing refreshments, if so desired, it’s your party we are here to help you make it the best!
So, what’s in it for me, the Host: The Host will receive a dozen cookies from CRF for the party, a $10.00 coupon good for any products from CRF and the exciting feeling of hosting a one of a kind party!!! What more could you want?
Gather 8 – 15 peeps, find a place where we all can fit and sit at tables.
Each participant will get to decorate and keep six (6) cookies specifically designed for your party theme.
The cost for each participant is $25.00, half due upon booking and the remainder at the event.
All necessary supplies for the project will be provided by Crest Ridge Farms.
The Host gets goodies!!!
The party will run anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours.
You may bring adult beverages if the Host or venue allows.
Children 8 and above are welcome, younger ones need to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.
A minimum of 2 week’s notice is required since the party is specifically planned for your group.
Standard pickup is between 2:00PM and 6:00PM on Saturday, if you need a different pickup date, choose it when checking out.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
